Hello Everyone,
It is almost time for all of the students to return to the university and the town will be busy once again. We are currently reaching out to local restaurants and business's so stay tuned for more regarding that. Also we have had communications with the blogger from "My West Chester, PA," and hope to do something with them in the near future. We are always looking for guest authors so if you have something you would like to write about please contact us.
As for the real estate news, the market is on a bit of an upswing which is great news! It is a great time to get involved in the field so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to comment below we would love to help you out.
I'm sure most of you know already but the Eagles have hired a new head coach, Chip Kelly, from the University of Oregon. The hiring shows the Eagles determination to get ahead of the curve and adopt to the new style of play in the NFL, so lets hope for the best. One thing it definitely did was bring excitement to a franchise that was lacking in that department after a disappointing few years.
